{finley} one month old - the bffs
Harper always lingered around when I did these shoots with Emerson. It only makes sense that Emerson couldn't stay away during these pictures.

{finley} one month old
Sweet Finley Jane is one month old today and is just the best little baby there ever was. I am now realizing I haven't even posted a single thing about here and her she is already a month old. Oops. I am working through all the pictures from when she was born.
A little monthly update:
She is at least 9lbs and is really packing on the pounds and its mostly going to her cheeks. She drinks 4oz. bottles every 4ish hours.
She is wearing newborn size diapers but will move to size 1 when this pack is gone. Emerson wore newborn diapers for probably close to 2 months old. Harper and Brady never wore newborn sized diapers. I'm thinking Finley is going to follow in their footsteps and won't be as miniature as Emerson is.
Finley is growing out of newborn sized clothes and by "growing out of" I mean she is being stuffed into the last of the newborn clothes while I hold onto the thought that she is still totally brand new and not growing up at all.
She is learning to love her binky, prefers to have her arms up at her face when napping, is relatively quiet in the car and will only cry out if she is hungry. She still likes to keep her fists balled tight and keeps her legs all curled up into her body. She doesn't care who holds her and loves being snuggled. Harper is the resident snuggler and those two spend hours a day just laying on the couch together, its amazing to watch.
She has been to Philadelphia, NYC, church, out to eat many many times, and the movie theater. She is so easy to travel with and loves to be worn and stays quiet almost the whole time.
She sleeps great at night only waking up to eat around 2 and then when she wakes up around 6:30 Jim just gets up with her. She is starting to be awake more during the day but still sleeps about 95% of the day and night.
Jim's input which is always my favorite part:
In the last 30 days I have seen her eyes open for 14 minutes. She has explosive wet dumps. She smells nice after tubs and I'll keep her.
Look, her eyeballs showed up for a quick picture.
