These first group of pictures were some of my favorites from the weekend. That Emerson is so sassy and plays a tough game. Haha.

I mean, seriously.... could they be any cuter?!?

The second half of the weekend was spent watching PeeWee on Netflix, getting stir crazy because it was too cold outside, and the big egg hunt on the beach. Brady thought it was so stupid they call it a hunt since the eggs were just thrown all over the sand.

We were there maybe like 10 minutes early and got a spot on the side. As soon as they blew the horn Brady and Harper hopped over the barrier and got to work. Emerson on the other hand stood on the side crying, its her way or the highway and her way was for it to be her egg hunt only. The "hunt" maybe lasted 2 minutes and she did grab a few in the end.

The big kids putting eggs in her basket.

She seriously is the happiest and nicest kid ever. I wish I had such a rosy outlook on life.

Still crying....

Yup, still crying...

OK and now the cell phone pictures from the weekend....
Thursday was such perfect weather. So many less complaints during our run as compared to when we force them to do this in February. Haha.

We met up with our friends and hit up the arcade. Emerson chose to use her money on this silly little ride.

Out to dinner in Strathmere...

We put Emerson's juice in a wine glass mostly because it was funny. She loved this. Well I got up to go to the bathroom and apparently the waitress saw her reach for the wine glass and snatched it from her because she assumed it was white wine and didn't want the baby to drink it. Hahaha. Nope, just apple juice.

We stayed up super late and were some of the last people on the boardwalk. We had ice cream and taught the kids how to play games with dollars on the boardwalk, like sticking them up through the slats and having someone try to grab it while you pull it back from them. Hysterical watching them scurry along the boardwalk like little mice.

My kids insist on having a picture taken with the pirate every time we walk by.

Here are more pics that show the crazy number of eggs at the "hunt". And there were 3 separate sections, this was the middle age bracket.

Game planning.
